FORTNITE TOURNAMENT RULES & CASH PRIZE POLICY
NO TEAMING — ZERO TOLERANCE
TEAMING OF ANY KIND WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE DISQUALIFICATION.
You may NOT cooperate, communicate, share loot, share locations, avoid fighting, or intentionally assist another player during a match. Teaming applies whether it is planned before the match or happens during the match. If you are caught teaming, you will be disqualified from the current tournament and banned from participating in ALL future tournaments. Claiming that you were "just helping" or that the teaming was accidental will not excuse the violation.
CHEATING & EXPLOITS
Any use of cheats, hacks, exploits, unauthorized software, macros, or other unfair advantages is strictly prohibited. Players suspected of cheating may be required to provide evidence, clips, or other information for tournament review. Tournament organizers reserve the right to investigate suspicious gameplay and make the final decision regarding disqualification.
NO INTENTIONAL COLLABORATION
Players must compete independently. The following are prohibited: Intentionally avoiding another player so they can survive longer. Giving another player weapons, items, or resources to help them win. Intentionally allowing another player to eliminate you. Sharing enemy locations or information with another player. Coordinating attacks against another player. Any other action intended to give another participant an unfair advantage.
CASH PRIZE PAYOUTS
Cash prizes will ONLY be sent through PayPal, Cash App, or Venmo. Players are responsible for providing accurate payment information. Tournament organizers are not responsible for payments sent to incorrect account information provided by the winner. Cash prizes will be paid after tournament results have been verified.
PROOF OF TICKET PURCHASE PROOF OF TICKET PURCHASE IS REQUIRED TO CLAIM ANY CASH PRIZE.
Winners must be able to provide valid proof that they purchased a ticket for the tournament in which they won. If proof of purchase cannot be provided, the prize may be withheld until the purchase can be verified. Tickets are non-transferable unless specifically approved by the tournament organizers.
CHEATER RE-ENTRY POLICY
If you are eliminated by a player who is later confirmed to have been cheating, you will receive ONE FREE RE-ENTRY into the next tournament. The re-entry is only available after the cheating violation has been reviewed and confirmed by the tournament organizers. Re-entry cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another player. The tournament organizers will determine eligibility for the free re-entry.
RECORDING & EVIDENCE
Players are encouraged to record their gameplay. Clips, screenshots, or other evidence may be requested when investigating suspected cheating or rule violations. False accusations or intentionally submitting misleading evidence may result in disciplinary action.
FINAL DECISION
Tournament organizers have the final decision regarding rule violations, disqualifications, prize eligibility, and re-entry eligibility. Attempting to exploit loopholes in these rules will not be accepted as a defense. By purchasing a tournament ticket and participating, you agree to follow all tournament rules and decisions.
(All players must be at LEAST 13 years old to purchase a ticket. All minors participating in tournament's must have parental consent before purchasing any ticket or claiming cash prize)
BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS EVENT, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PLAYERS AGREE TO RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS EPIC GAMES, INC., ITS LICENSORS, ITS AND THEIR AFFILIATES, AND ITS AND THEIR EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, AND OTHER REPRESENTATIVES FROM ALL CLAIMS, DEMANDS, ACTIONS, LOSSES, LIABILITIES, AND EXPENSES RELATED TO THE EVENT.
